> 2. What data we collect
Contact form
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, subject, and message. This is processed via Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider's built-in form-handling service. A hidden honeypot field is used only to filter spam submissions and does not collect personal data about you.
Automatic technical data
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs basic technical information for security and operational purposes — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. We do not access or use these logs for marketing or profiling.
No analytics or advertising trackers
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any similar tracking or profiling tools on this website.
> 3. Why we process it (legal basis)
We process contact form data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps necessary to respond to your request) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and preventing spam/abuse). Technical hosting logs are processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functional).
> 4. Cookies & third-party embeds
This website does not set cookies or use local storage for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes. The contact form does not require cookies to function.
Our Press Kit page includes an optional embedded YouTube video. To protect your privacy, the video is not loaded automatically. It is only loaded — and only then may set cookies from YouTube/Google (via the youtube-nocookie.com privacy-enhanced domain) — if you actively click the "load video" button. By clicking, you agree to YouTube's own terms and privacy practices; see Google's Privacy Policy for details.

We use the following processors to run this website:
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and contact form processing.
- Google LLC (YouTube) — only if you choose to load the video embed on the Press Kit page.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
> 6. How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which they are deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Your rights).
> 7. International transfers
Netlify and Google are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, these providers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and/or participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to our processing
